YMQ-MS feather grade selecting machine is a special equipment for feather color difference and feature class detection. The machine USES two industrial cameras to image the front and back sides of the feather, which are processed by special software and the results are calculated. Feather color difference detection includes 3 kinds of hair bone color difference and 5 kinds of hair leaf color difference. The characteristic test includes 8 kinds of dirty hair, decayed hair, profiled hair, wavy hair, wrinkle, extra thick and thin hair, radius and fold. Through the man-machine interface, various testing parameters can be set flexibly to meet the testing requirements of the factory. The overall testing effect is as good as manual selection, which greatly reduces the labor cost of the classification of the badminton factory.
